Our Midway

Rainier Amusements is a full service midway provider capable of servicing any size event.  From medium size festivals to large state fairs, we have the rides, games, attractions, support equipment, and experience to make your event a success.  We own and operate a large variety of amusement rides and attractions including the thrilling Power Surge and the dizzying Tornado.  For younger kids, we have a variety of attractions including the Lady Bugs and the timeless classic Sky Fighter.

Beautification & Cleanliness

We understand the importance of a clean midway, fairgrounds and workplace. Cleanliness at our midway is a team effort. All employees are trained to keep a safe and clean working environment at all times. In addition to keeping their attraction free of debris and their personal items placed out of the view of the public’s eye, they are trained to be sure all cables, matting, signage and fencing are neat and the interior and exteriors of their attractions are washed and clean at all times.

Rainier Amusements offers the most comfortable family environment for fairgoers. Guests will enjoy a spectacular amusement park setting with a complete inventory of amenities including large shaded sea- 8 -ting areas, bench seating, ride measuring stations, picnic tables, guest services and ATM machines.

We take full responsibility of the cleanliness outside and around our equipment including picnic tables, shaded seating areas, benches, matting and garbage cans. In addition, our midway is bright, beautiful and energy efficient. In order to minimize energy consumption we have implemented LED lighting on our midway. These LED systems have added a spectacular beauty and brightness to the midway.

Equipment Safety

All of our equipment is maintained and upgraded in the off season in order to insure they are operating at their maximum level of safety and performance. We have all of our equipment inspected annually by a State Certified Inspector and we obtain all state issued permits that are required. Rainier Amusements inspects the rides on a daily basis by qualified operators and do not open until the daily inspection sheets are signed off by a senior operator.

Safety of our guests and employees is our #1 priority. We have developed our own safety program called “RIGHT HEIGHT” in order to insure our guests are educated and informed about each height allowance and rules for the specific ride they are enjoying. We meet or exceed all ride manufacturer guidelines as well as work closely with our insurance provider to provide the safest experience while visiting our midway.
